Service Description

We begin with 15 minutes of sound therapy using crystal singing bowls and other instruments to calm the mind and relax the body. The music meditation is followed by a luxurious and therapeutic 90 minute MEND Signature Massage combining different bodywork styles with heat and aromatherapy. We close the session with another 5 to 10 minutes of sound therapy followed by a cup of our housemade tea and artisan chocolate to calmly bring you back to the world. This session will target your unique areas of tension while allowing both the body and mind to drift into a transformative state of deep relaxation. *This is a 2 hour session, so please allow more time in your schedule to peacefully enjoy the session without needing to rush out.
